These conditions govern any use of www.enjoy-garden.co.il (hereinafter: "the Site") and any purchase made by you (hereinafter: "the Customer") via the Site and/or by phone, constituting a binding agreement between you and Souied Consulting (ID: 345361414), the Site operator, located at 3 Hovevei Zion Street, Tel Aviv, phone: 0533720055, email: contact@enjoy-garden.co.il (hereinafter: "the Company").

These conditions constitute a binding legal document and form the basis for any dispute between the Customer and the Company.

If you do not agree to any conditions herein, please do not use the Site.

Chapter titles are provided for convenience and orientation and should not be used for interpretation purposes.

Use of the Site is subject to strict adherence to the rules. The Company's liability is limited as specified in this agreement, and it is not responsible for third-party actions.

Site Usage

The Site serves Israeli internet users. Individuals aged 18+, with an email address, Israeli residence, and a valid Israeli credit card, may make purchases.

You may only use the Site’s content following these rules. Any unauthorized commercial use or copying without the Company's consent is strictly prohibited.

Browsing the Site and/or buying a product implies your agreement to these rules.

Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Copying, duplicating, or using Site content commercially without consent is forbidden.

The Company is not responsible for third-party ads and related damages.

Supply, Transport, and Shipping

The Company aims to provide products within 14 business days. This is subject to the delivery company's constraints and product availability.

Business days are Sunday-Thursday, excluding weekends and holidays.

An order is only confirmed when stock is validated and the credit card transaction clears.

Shipping costs vary based on region and appear on checkout.

Assembly services: Available for an extra 200 ₪.

Self-pickup: Free, by coordination only.

Exceptional delivery zones: Areas like Eilat and Arava will be priced over the phone. The Company reserves the right not to deliver everywhere.

Elevator & carrying: Standard shipping assumes the package fits naturally in an elevator or ground floor. Manual lifting necessitates alerting the store and incurs added fees.

Delivery delays of up to 7 days don't constitute a breach of duty. Force majeure events rule out the Company's liability.

In case of out-of-stock items, customers can opt for a refund or a waiting list.

Cancellation and Returns

Returns are possible within 14 days of purchase, given the item remains sealed in original packaging and unused per the Consumer Protection Law of 1981.

For cancellations not due to defects, a 5% fee (up to 100 ₪) is subtracted from the refund amount.

Refunds typically take up to 14 business days.

Warranty and Products

Products are warranted solely by their manufacturer/importer. The Company isn't the manufacturer.

Item stats are sourced directly from manufacturers. Photos represent purely illustrative visuals.

Any usage-related harm lies entirely on the manufacturer.

Privacy, Database, and Security

Advanced security guards your privacy. No system is impenetrable, though user details aren't sold to third-parties beyond required delivery info transfers.

Users can at any point request database removal.

Mailing and Advertising

Mailing listings can be left by leveraging the un-subscribe footer options.

Intellectual Property

Copying code, graphic design, and databases from the Site violates IP terms fiercely shielded by the Company.

Changes and Jurisdiction

These terms operate under Israeli law and reside exclusively in the Tel Aviv district courts.
